Tap on “New Interview.” This will open the create a new interview dashboard.
Add interview details and adjust settings. Fill out the required information and customise your interview preferences.
Click “Add Round.” A pop-up window will appear.
Enter the round title and select “Video” from the dropdown. You can also set the passing score and duration for this round. Click “Add.” The video interview round is created.
Add video interview questions using one of the following methods:
Method 1: Import Questions using CSV
- Tap on the “Import” button.
- Choose your prepared .csv file.
- Click “Add” to import the questions.
Method 2: Add Questions Manually
- Tap on the “Add Question” option.
- In the pop-up, type your question and click “Add.”
Method 3: Add Questions from the Question Bank
- Tap on the “Add questions from question bank” option.
- In the pop-up, select the appropriate team from the dropdown menu.
- Choose “Q&A” as the question bank type.
- Select the desired question bank from the list.
- Tap on the “+” (plus icon) next to each question you want to add.
Method 4: Add with ChatGPT AI
- Tap “Add questions from ChatGPT.”
- Specify the number of questions.
- Choose the difficulty level.
- Copy the provided prompt into ChatGPT.
- Paste ChatGPT’s output into the field.
- Click “Add.”
