Start a New Interview: Tap on the “New Interview” option. This will open the interview creation dashboard.
Add Interview Details: Fill in the necessary details and adjust the settings as needed for your interview.
Create the Q&A Round:
- Click on the “Add Round” button.
- In the pop-up, enter the round’s title.
- Select “Q&A” from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the topic/skill you want to assess.
- (Optional) Set a passing score and duration for the round.
- Click “Add.”
Add Q&A Questions (Four Options):
Option 1: Import from CSV
- Tap the “Import” button.
- Select your CSV file containing the questions.
- Click “Add.”
Option 2: Use the Question Bank
- Tap “Add questions from question bank.”
- In the pop-up:
- Select the team owning the question bank.
- Choose “Q&A” as the question bank type.
- Select the specific question bank.
- Click the “+” (plus icon) next to each desired question to add it.
Option 3: Add Questions Manually
- Tap “Add Question.”
- In the pop-up, type your question and click “Add.”
Option 4: Use AI (ChatGPT)
- Tap “Add questions from ChatGPT.”
- In the pop-up:
- Enter the number of questions you want.
- Choose the difficulty level.
- Copy the provided prompt into ChatGPT.
- Paste the ChatGPT output into the field.
- Click “Add.”
